A clinic connects its own Google Calendar through Google OAuth. The integration is used only to provide appointment-management features requested by that clinic.
With the clinic owner's authorization, Clinic Voice Agent may check free/busy availability and create, update, find or cancel appointment events. We never ask for or store a clinic owner's Google password.
