Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Clinic Voice Agent, an AI-assisted receptionist and appointment-management service for clinics.

1. Service

The service may answer configured clinic FAQs and assist with appointment availability, booking, rescheduling and cancellation. Google Calendar integration is activated only after authorization by the clinic account owner.

2. Clinic responsibilities

Clinics are responsible for providing accurate information about doctors, services, fees, opening hours, appointment rules and other clinic details, and for keeping that information current.

3. Google Calendar

Where enabled, Google Calendar access is used to provide appointment-management functionality. Clinics may revoke the application's Google access through their Google Account settings.

4. Medical disclaimer

Clinic Voice Agent is an administrative technology service, not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide emergency medical care.

5. Availability of service

The service may depend on telecommunications networks, AI providers, cloud infrastructure, Google APIs and other third-party systems. Temporary interruptions or delays may occur.

6. Acceptable use

Users and clinics must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to gain access to systems or data they are not permitted to access.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published.
